Energy- lowest in Kj per 100g
Sugar- less than 15g per 100g
Total fat- less than 10g per 100g
Saturated Fats- less than 3g per 100g
Trans Fats- less than 1g per 100g
Sodium- aim for 120mg per 100g
Fibre- minimum of 3g per 100g
