heart moves is a gentle exercise program run by the australian
heart foundation
it is a gentle exercise program suitable for everyone
If you are anxious about starting exercising and/or have arthritis/other problems etc give this a go.
its a great starting point to GET STARTED!!!

the class i joined in with today had ladies as old as 80 participating!!
