PostSubject: Lose 3kg for Easter... an invitation   Lose 3kg for Easter... an invitation - Page 2 EmptyMon 18 Apr 2011, 2:26 am

First topic message reminder :

The wonderful Chookyness came up with a brilliant idea today..(while busy *cough cough* at work!)

That we all know how hard Easter is with Bun, chocolate, family celebrations etc etc, and although we all cant eat very much anymore the temptation to just stuff ourselves silly on everything that feels so right but is so wrong, is still a huge factor in life.

So here is a challenge that chooky has put together for us that we are opening up the invitation to everyone

To lose 3 kgs by the 27th april.

starting weight is on either this morning or the morning you decide to join us and you can weigh yourself as many times during the 9 days as you like to.

Final morning of the 27th we put our new weights in. also as per normal forum style we're there for all the temptations and support each of us need.

Thanks for reading and if you join us enjoy yourself

Have a great day everyone

would love to lose 9kg but now dont think ill lose anything, fell off the band wagon today eating wise
BF - Shake,
Lunch - Prawns, home made dinner roll, 3 mussels
Evening, udl can, woodstock can, 4 glasses of Punch
Dinner - Passed out in bed, gosh, 2 months ago i would have drunk anyone under the table. Hopefully i can get back on track now

I had a massive chocolate binge last Wednesday and was feeling pretty low. Then I heard Shannon from the Biggest Loser say that we don't need to be perfect all the time, we just need to go back on the wagon. We all have bad days, don't worry!!! Just start again and you will feel so much better after a 'good' day :)

You can do it!!!

I have no idea how I have been going, as I have had no scales since Tue as I am staying at a Resort. I have walked for k's every day and have not eaten anything to out of the norm. I have been scouting chemists as you will sometimes see a set with the whole BMI thing on them. I will be on the lookout tomorrow to find a set, even if I have to pretend I am going to by some at a store. It is frustrating not knowing how much I weigh each morning when I am a daily weigher.

my first indulgent free day for ages! what a good day!
i brought some biggest loser shakes to help me get back on track and get some extra protien in, this was just the motivation i needed to forget chocolate and focus on ditching the rest of my weight i want to loose!!

This is so great that so many people are joining us... cant wait to hear how everyone is going over the course of the 9 days.

Do you think we need a weigh in day mid way through or just keep everyone guessing til we hit day 9?

your challenge you guys decide?
