Or can they? I hope not! would love to lose 9kg but now dont think ill lose anything, fell off the band wagon today eating wise BF - Shake, Lunch - Prawns, home made dinner roll, 3 mussels Evening, udl can, woodstock can, 4 glasses of Punch Dinner - Passed out in bed, gosh, 2 months ago i would have drunk anyone under the table. Hopefully i can get back on track now I had a massive chocolate binge last Wednesday and was feeling pretty low. Then I heard Shannon from the Biggest Loser say that we don't need to be perfect all the time, we just need to go back on the wagon. We all have bad days, don't worry!!! Just start again and you will feel so much better after a 'good' day :) You can do it!!! | |

| I have no idea how I have been going, as I have had no scales since Tue as I am staying at a Resort. I have walked for k's every day and have not eaten anything to out of the norm. I have been scouting chemists as you will sometimes see a set with the whole BMI thing on them. I will be on the lookout tomorrow to find a set, even if I have to pretend I am going to by some at a store. It is frustrating not knowing how much I weigh each morning when I am a daily weigher. | |
