Hi guys
Well, nowhere near 3kg, but I didn't expect that, considering that I'm nearly 3 years out now.
But I did go from 79.1 to 77.9, so a loss of 1.2kg - woo hoo!!!
Thanks for the challenge - it was well worth it.

Didn't hti the 3kgs but did lose 2kgs...so pretty happy with that....I feel as I am only 22 days post op it should be coming off quicker, but as long as it is coming off I need to look at big piccy...if I calculate 15.2 kgs ovewr 22 days that is 600gms aday and if I calculate 600x 7that becomes 4.2 kgs a week okay I'm goign to stop whinging now...
well done to everyone
cheers

Hi Lozza,

Hope you are feeling much better.

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY FOR YOUR 20 YEARS OF MARRIAGE.

I too in the last few days have not taken in the required amount of water. I get busy doing things and forget. What I have noticed though is that each time this happens I get a pain in my back near the bottom of my shoulder blade.

Enjoy your day and I hope you get spoilt.

Take care
Jenny

YAY! I lost 3.......I really meant .3 I failed big time. 97.8kg down to 97.5kg. After my fainting on Anzac morning the ambulance officer said I would not see weightloss when I am dehydrated. It is important no matter how hard it seems to get in your daily water intake. It's all part of the weightloss process.

I done more walking than I had done in 12 months in the 10 days I was away. I'm not going to beat myself up over a 300g loss when I had the issues that I had whilst away. It wssn't a gain so it's ok.

I hope everyone had a great Easter break and are now refreshed. Today is my 20th Wedding Anniversary, I coud not be happier thanks to my sleeve. Just on halfway to my goal weight and feeling so fresh and alive again.

I weighed myself at my brother's this afternoon and the scales said 200g down from last Tue morning. WTH!!!!!!! I have walked my backside off and know that I have lost cm's as my clothes I wore last Saturday are hanging off me. I will take it as muscle build up and see what the scales at home say come Wednesday morning.

I lost another .7 of a KG (700grams) and I am now 76.3KG! I was 78.5KG last Saturday I have lost 2.2KG in almost 7 days, so far!

I think I might be pushing for 3KG though! I have been sick with a low grade infection, and not feeling the best too. I am better now!

Sooo - scales registered 65.3 this morning which made me very happy as I've been wandering upwards quite a bit recently.
Had opti with raspberries for breakky
Home made veggi soup with prawns for lunch - and will have a gain for supper
Lose 3kg for Easter... an invitation 314562
a tempura prawn leapt in my mouth when I picked my son up from work (cheeky bugger!) - and two prawn bags followed as we left the shopping centre - a seafood conspiracy!!!
Lose 3kg for Easter... an invitation 427584
10 chocolate covered coffee beans were a treat after gardening all day.
Possibly some wine tonight.
Lose 3kg for Easter... an invitation 878453
Looking at the incidentals it's no wonder there's been a see-saw happening with my weight recently! But then again... how much more would have been consumed if there was no sleeve???
Lose 3kg for Easter... an invitation 446871
Very happy that my blow out is so small Lose 3kg for Easter... an invitation 63412

Hope everyone else is faring well and fending off the easter eggs - maybe with a tennis racket.

Good luck everyone

oops!!
gosh do I feel like a muppet...I don't know where I read 9 kgs?? can I blame the anaesthetic...even though it is 18 days since op?? OL
well then 1.8kgs down is really good...hehehe
Had my first taste of chocolate last night...My sister in law bought me a huge egg plus little eggs...my darling husband after I thanked her took them (as he got one too) and put them out of sight!!!
later he opened one box and I had 1 little choc egg (in 3 parts)..as I have a very sore throat and everything I swallow is painful...sucking on the choc to melt in mouth ready to swallow tasted terrible and hurt on the way down...what a great deterrant for chocolate?? Lose 3kg for Easter... an invitation 697586

anyway thinking this is good thing
hope everyone is enjoying their easter break (if working-then it is not too busy)
cheers the muppet (AKA Rowdy)

Or can they? I hope not!

would love to lose 9kg but now dont think ill lose anything, fell off the band wagon today eating wise
BF - Shake,
Lunch - Prawns, home made dinner roll, 3 mussels
Evening, udl can, woodstock can, 4 glasses of Punch
Dinner - Passed out in bed, gosh, 2 months ago i would have drunk anyone under the table. Hopefully i can get back on track now

I had a massive chocolate binge last Wednesday and was feeling pretty low. Then I heard Shannon from the Biggest Loser say that we don't need to be perfect all the time, we just need to go back on the wagon. We all have bad days, don't worry!!! Just start again and you will feel so much better after a 'good' day :)

You can do it!!!
