| Hi guys Well, nowhere near 3kg, but I didn't expect that, considering that I'm nearly 3 years out now. But I did go from 79.1 to 77.9, so a loss of 1.2kg - woo hoo!!! Thanks for the challenge - it was well worth it. | |

| Hi Lozza, Hope you are feeling much better. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY FOR YOUR 20 YEARS OF MARRIAGE. I too in the last few days have not taken in the required amount of water. I get busy doing things and forget. What I have noticed though is that each time this happens I get a pain in my back near the bottom of my shoulder blade. Enjoy your day and I hope you get spoilt. Take care Jenny | |

| Sooo - scales registered 65.3 this morning which made me very happy as I've been wandering upwards quite a bit recently. Had opti with raspberries for breakky Home made veggi soup with prawns for lunch - and will have a gain for supper a tempura prawn leapt in my mouth when I picked my son up from work (cheeky bugger!) - and two prawn bags followed as we left the shopping centre - a seafood conspiracy!!! 10 chocolate covered coffee beans were a treat after gardening all day. Possibly some wine tonight. Looking at the incidentals it's no wonder there's been a see-saw happening with my weight recently! But then again... how much more would have been consumed if there was no sleeve??? Very happy that my blow out is so small Hope everyone else is faring well and fending off the easter eggs - maybe with a tennis racket. Good luck everyone Pippa | |

| oops!! gosh do I feel like a muppet...I don't know where I read 9 kgs?? can I blame the anaesthetic...even though it is 18 days since op?? OL well then 1.8kgs down is really good...hehehe Had my first taste of chocolate last night...My sister in law bought me a huge egg plus little eggs...my darling husband after I thanked her took them (as he got one too) and put them out of sight!!! later he opened one box and I had 1 little choc egg (in 3 parts)..as I have a very sore throat and everything I swallow is painful...sucking on the choc to melt in mouth ready to swallow tasted terrible and hurt on the way down...what a great deterrant for chocolate?? anyway thinking this is good thing hope everyone is enjoying their easter break (if working-then it is not too busy) cheers the muppet (AKA Rowdy) | |

Hopefully i can get back on track now I had a massive chocolate binge last Wednesday and was feeling pretty low. Then I heard Shannon from the Biggest Loser say that we don't need to be perfect all the time, we just need to go back on the wagon. We all have bad days, don't worry!!! Just start again and you will feel so much better after a 'good' day :) You can do it!!! | |
