oh dear - I just played the biggest loser game on Xbox Kinect and as I started doing the workout with Bob I notice this big green blob in the bottom corner of the screen.... I kept doing the workout and just as I started sweating and feeling disgusting - I realise that it was an infra-red outline of ME!
So here is what it is meant to look like..

HAHA.. anyway.. I thought to myself well I will be able to look forward to watching that shape change dramatically over the next year or so.
I started opti today, and I am feeling pretty good so far! Just about to have a plate of spinach and cabbage - YUM!
