| You wait, The first time someone calls you skinny you will probably do the same as me and look behind you to see who they are talking to LOL It just gets better and better and thank you for your kind words BUT it is the sleeve and the surgeon that are truly inspirational. Oh how I wish that this had been available to me when I was in my 20s, never mind done now :-)
Hugs Gail

| Hi, Welcome and congratulations.
Just sip very little bits, you will feel full very quickly to start with so just have a little often. I used to have mine made up in the fridge all the time and just kept going to get a little more.
The first two weeks are the hardest but it gets a little easier every day.
Whenever you need help or are unsure jump on here, there will always be someone that can help.
Hugs Gail

| Hi Soon To Be Skinny and welcome to the forum. Congratulations on being sleeved and pleased to hear everything is going well. It will take time to recognise fullness and for the first couple of months I just followed the guidelines given to me by my dietician with amounts to eat, until I was able to tell when I had eaten enough. Good luck with your journey. | |
