| Cruskits were my saviour when heading back to work ... either with tuna or ham and lowfat cheese. I've religiously carried around a water bottle also, which is a good reminder to drink the stuff! And just remember: most people are so busy concentrating on what THEY'RE eating that they most probably won't notice what you AREN'T!

| Hi,
Another one is the tiny tins of tuna tempters. I lived on them at lunch times and always kept one in my bag just in case LOL Hugs Gail

| I keep a shaker and some optifast at the facilities I visit each week. That way I know I can always have something nutritionally sound if I run out of time in the mornings.

| I work in an office, so aways have a bottle of water by my computer to sip on.
Morning tea, I have in my office (its nearly always a yoghurt) about 30 minutes before morning tea, then I join the rest of the staff at morning tea time and have a cuppa tea, that way you don't miss out.
Lunch I take really simple things......... 4 multigrains crackers or a slice of grain bread that I toast, and just top it with shaved cold meat and pickle/cheese and tomato/salmon/tuna and cottage cheese, or something like that.
I eat by the clock at work otherwise I probably wouldn't eat at all as I get really busy!
