| if you are not on reflux meds talk to your doctor about it. I have never heard of anybody who had any lingering pains in their stomach beyond a few weeks except for the odd twinge which was untreated or incorectly treated reflux.

| Oh yes. I get it when sipping on water or anything heavier than that. And I take really little sips! I've found adding cordial or a tiny bit of powerade seems to help soften the water... it helps a little but not completely. Messing with the temperature helps too. Really cold drinks or warm teas are slightly better than room temperature. Not sure why. Again, it doesn't solve it but it doesn't seem as bad. I'm beginning to think it's just something we need to live with for a week or so and pray it goes away. | |

| i keep getting this sharp pain in the tummy... usually worse when i drink water or eat soup even at room temperature.. just wondering if anyone else went through the same thing and how long it lasted... xoxoxoxo | |
