Type 2 diabetes no more !

Hi I had my sleeve (my new best friend) in Oct last year, and I have not had a single tablet since and have had normal levels ever since. it is great . If you treat your sleeve well, your life will only be more awesome. good luck, pm if you wish.

Hi Nat, I am getting mixed reaction from the nurses. The head nurse just walked in a few minutes ago and saif that the Dr will come in some stage today and decide., I will make him see it today cause he hasnt seen it. I offered and he declined !! haha

He must see it alot i guess. Fingers crossed I go home today :)

How is your bruising today? Can they do anything for it? It looks so painful, I hope you arent in pain.

It has been 6 days since I had my surgery. My sugar levels are now 5.8 in the morning without a single tablet. They are the same levels as a non diabetic person. I am so happy....

My levels before the surgery were around 12 - 13 with medication, sometimes higher. I have never had readings like I am having now. The Dr on duty said that it will only get better and better from here.

I think they might let me out today but it all depends on whether my surgeon Dr Loi turns up as it is a public Holiday here in Australia today
