I made this tonight as a part of my pre op diet, hoping its ok. The figures seem to be favourable compared with the shakes so i guess it is
1 Brown onion
1 tsp fresh minced ginger
1 tsp fresh minced garlic
brown then add
1 L of Vegetable stock (i also added about a cup more water)
bit of chilli of you like
boil then add
500g diced chicken breast
1 thinly diced carrot
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup broccoli
2 sticks celery
sm tin of kidney beans
cook for 2 minutes
turn off heat and add
1 cup bok choi
1 tbsp chopped coriander
according to calorie king whole pot is (i had 1/4 max)
