Barramundi and Vegie Soup

INGREDIENTS

1 small steamed fillet of barramundi
2 steamed florets broccoli
5/6 bites sized pieces of steamed carrot
8 chunks of Woolworths own brand frozen mashed potato
2 tablespoons of frozen chopped onions
About 300mls of low fat milk
Garlic salt
Chippy salt

Method
Put the frozen mash and onion in a bowl with a couple of shakes of
garlic and chippy salt. Zap for 2 mins in the microwave. Stir well
zap for another minute, mix well and then add half the milk and mix
again.
Put the vegies and fish in a Magic Bullett or blender with other half
of the milk. Zap for about 10 seconds until smooth. Tip into a larger
bowl. Put the mash mixture into the Magic Bullett or blender and zap
until smooth. Pour into the bowl with fish mixture. Mix together well.
If it's too thick add a little more milk.
Pour a portion into a bowl and zap for about a minute in the microwave.
Store the rest until needed or freeze.
