Hi Lynnie, I am rather excited about my upcoming sleeve surgery but only really got anxious about it today as I had my hospital pre-admission interview and it all became real!!
I have been on the optislim, as my dietitian said that it was just as good as optifast. It was hard around the second half of the first week as I started getiing really fed up with the shakes (the aftertaste more than anything) so I started substituting the morning meal with a bar, and the evening meal with a soup and salad, and just stuck with the shake at lunch (vanlla wth a little added cinnamon)... that has worked for me and I have lost 4 kgs in the 12 days.... lets hope it has done the job it is meant to do internally.

Wow that's 3 days. How are you feeling and how has your opti stage gone? Mines on 16th July.

I cant wait although a little nervous :)
