Hi Davicook. I am not as far along as you. Just going info night tonight but your title caught me. I feel the same way. My favourite number is 14 so this must be my year. I am 47 and so s my BMI. Time for a change.

My starting weight was 113.6kg, down to 107.4 at the end of my second week.
Reason for surgery is I have already had 5 knee reconstructions and I am on the verge of my 6th of i do not do something, also have diabetes, heart disease and cholesterol within the family

Hi, I see I am not alone with the new path I have chosen to make myself a better life an future.
I am entering my 3rd week of Optifast/optislim.
My surgery date is on the 12th of February and I am so terrified by excited in the same breath… Has anyone got any pointers for me.
