Hiya Karen,

Welcome to the forum !!

Oh my goodness you are going to LOOOOVE having no band !!!

And don't panic too much as it helps to "unpleat" the stomach - but you will eat for Queen and Country once the band comes out.
It's not all bad, salads and sandwiches and loads of yummy suff will now go down --- eeeek it is the best !

I literally lived off Vegiemite multigrain toast for two weeks drrrrooooooool.
Now that I'm sleeved I occasionally have one slice as a treat.

removal of band 63412  Hi all this is my first time on here am booked in to have my band removed 24/1/13 and then a sleeve a couple months later - really excited but would really appreciate any tips etc
