| Hi all,
Just a quick question... how long did it take for you to be able to start to do exercise after the surgery?
I was supposed to be doing a Bali Bootcamp with Shannan Ponton (would have been 7 weeks post op but I have backed out of that because I am realistic that recovery time may not be good). However, what about a fun run (or a fun walk?) I did the Santa Run today (walking) and it was really good. I noticed the colour run will be on 7 weeks after surgery (now that I am not going to Bali).
Realistically, am I absolutely dreaming even considering this or do you think it would be alright. I would be walking - definitely not running.
Any ideas or thoughts???
