| I know exectly how you feel. I am booked in for my sleeve with Dr Roy.B on Nov 6 and am excited, scared, and constantly questioning my decision. The only thing that makes me feel ok is that I had a hysterectomy earlier this year and had all these feelings about that too....but the op seriously changed my life and I had a dream run with recovery so I am clinging to that and trying to embrace the excitement more than the worry. I hope this helps with your sleep apnoea. My hubby has sleep apnoea (he is not overweight) and has a machine...again that machine has changed his life. Hopefully your surgery will be all the fix you need. Goodluck :) | |

| Hey all some of you will remember i wasnt sure whether to have the sleeve or not well i went and seen the surgeon {Dr.Roy.B} in Sydney and i walk out of there paying my deposit and date is set for 18 Nov 13, it was weird as all the way home and a few hours later i was thinking OMG have i done the right thing?? Time went by and i came to get ok with it, after going to see my specialist the other day from sleep study report i was very distress to learn that i stop breathing 66 times per hour & my oxygen level was only 62%, there in itself i went WOW this surgery will help this.. | |
