Oh wow, hope you are all doing really well!

My op date is 18th March, less than a fortnight away! Very nervous, but it helps that Justin has such a good rep. Both my GP & Psych said yep, good choice :)

One of my friends had the sleeve without PHI by Mark Daoud. He has rooms at Greenslopes but operates at Sunnybank.

She only stayed in hospital one night to save money and she's over three years down the road and very happy.

Hi Greenslade sleevers! Congrats on your ops coming up soon! I was looking around for prices for the op as I'm paying completely out-of-pocket, contacted Dr Greenslades office and was disappointing to learn that they will not take you in unless you have PHI, which is a policy for the hospital apparently. Quite annoying as Dr Greenslade was quite cheap and I've heard great things, but now I have to go somewhere else because of a silly policy :(

Congrats on your decisions! I just thought I'd mention we have semi regular catch ups and at the south side one there is often many of dr greenslades successful patients. All are welcome. Details in the get togethers section.

This is my first ever post! I am also booked in for a sleeve with Dr Greenslade on 20th Jan 2014 and like you I am excited but also quite nervous. I start the optifast diet on Sunday so I am just really excited about actually starting 2014 by completely changing my life! Good luck to you and others starting the new year in this way!

Welcome and doesn't it feel great when you got your date. I also am being sleeved by Dr Greenslade in October.  You will have plenty of journeys to follow on here so you will be fully prepared.

Yay, had my first appointment with Dr Greenslade last Thursday and it all finalized, Im getting gastric sleeve surgery on the 29.01.14 yay. Now to get my shit together before hand, I cant stop eating shit food and I just keep getting bigger, I was hoping to loss some weight before surgery, but as I always say Ill start tomorrow ..... I hope the next few months go quick.
