| Just to share with you the question I put to forumotion about the loading problem, - Quote :

firefox is better than Internet explorer because its safer Its all well and good for firefox to be bigger and better than IE, but why should everyone have to change to firefox simply because this forum cant cope in a normal fashion with IE! I have nearly 1000 members and I am certainly not going to tell them to change to firefox if they want to view our forum, how damn rude is that! Can someone come up with an answer that will help us without us changing our browser that we have had for years?
HayleySo now, we will wait for an answer.... | |

| Hi everyone,
I have just gone to ask around at the 'mother' forum, and they say that using Firefox to view our site works FAR better than Internet Explorer...
Now thats quite ok for those already using firefox, but I personally don't really want to switch. I will continue on searching for an answer to this problem, and I should add now that I expect that they will give the same answer for other page loading issues...

| Gosh sorry Steph, how lame of me! I didnt even see your question. The cache is the browser, so if you delete your internet history and cookies, it can speed things up a fair bit. However, since I have typed that message, I have cleared my internet history and it has not really had much impact on how fast the page loads when replying. I will look into this further. Hayley | |

| Nelly, I thought he was great. Really nice guy and VERY easy on the eyes, double bonus! - haha. We share some mutual friends (small world) so we had a chat about them and life in general aswell :) Couldn't be happier. Thanks for the tip! | |

| Does anyone else have to wait agesss for the page to load when you want too post a reply?
I have no problems viewing the pages, they load pretty quick, but when I click on the reply icon it takes the page ages to come up.
Is it just me? | |
