My ERSB application got approved by DHS on 18 May and then it took almost a week for them to get the approval letter to me (grrrrr).
My super fund BT wouldn't accept a fax (grrrrr again), so I couldn't get the approval sent off to BT until the letter arrived on 24 May.
BT said it could take 10 days to get the money released. My surgery date is 6 June, and I need to pay by 5 June to go ahead. 8 days! I'm starting to panic & hoping that BT don't screw me around. GAH!
Has anyone else withdrawn their funds from BT, and how long did it take after you sent the DHS approval to them?
