| Here I was thinking I was the only one that used the Lemon Lime and Bitters cordial. It's better than the "normal flavoured cordials. | |

| It sounds fine to me. As long as you are taking vitamins, you should be fine. However, veggies are not the only way to get vitamins! If you like, replace a few snacks with fruit in season. Nectarines and pears are in season at present. I also like dates, cranberries (craisins) and nuts. as snacks.
If you want to add veggies, try stir fries with your protein. I find I can eat veggies with a stir fry sauce better than on the side of a plate! Not being able to eat potatoes is no great loss either...

| Hi Beautifuls!
We all know i'm an "opinion" seeker so i thought I would chuck out here my current diet and see what you think. I will say firstly: I know i'm not getting enough vegies, but my tummy is still not ready. On Monday the 16th I will be at week four. From surgery date I have dropped from 96 to 86 and still dropping. I'm also taking my multivitamins. So, here goes!
Breakfast: Up and Go or 4 spoonfuls of porridge
Snack: x2 cruskits with tuna
Lunch: Protein (ie: cooked chicken or beef) with two or three spoonfulls of mash or pumpkin
Snack: Yoghurt
Dinner: Protein (chicken or beef at this stage though going to try grilled fish tonight) with again either a few spoon fulls of mash or pumpkin. Have started to introduce small amounts of cooked onion and am starting to feel game enough to move onto carrot, tomato etc.
Liquids: Water, bickfords diet lemon lime and bitter cordial, five fruit juice, occassional glass of milk or coffee.
