| I'm sure it will be here before you know it Mackie. Working will help no doubt. If you haven't already, maybe start a diary and this will help keep track of your journey. It's amazing how quick life changes post op. Good luck with your op and keep us posted on your progress. | |

| Stick with the pre-op diet and really work that first 6 months. The time is gone so fast, seriously. Hope all goes well for you. | |

Just with into town & got my blood tests done. Filled the car up & next to petrol station is Burger king so I brought 2 BK Chicken burgers. Had not had Burger king for over 4 months so thought I would have my last treat for a very long time. Also my arm hurt like hell this time where they took the blood. Only ate 1 Burger the other one is for daughter.
