| Not sure about the supermarket, but chemists definitely have them. And they're fairly cheap too, and chewable. | |

| I have a question for those who were diabetic and on meds when they did the Optifast. I spoke to my doctor today aout what to do with my meds when on Optifast, but I forgot to ask him an important question.
What do I do if I have a hypo when on Optifast? I cannot have glucose or jelly bean or juice etc, so what did others do when they had a hypo? I will be monitoring BSL closely, but hypos could still happen. | |
