| I'm the same time out as you, can't eat much although I can snack regularly if I try.
Is the pain always related to eating? How long after? If it's right after, it may not be gallstones as it usually takes some time in between. Back pain can be caused by many things.
HOWEVER - severe pain is never a good thing, and I would urge you to at least see your GP as a first step, or your surgeon. | |

| You should see your doctor... sounds like gallstones to me... or of course it could just be overeating. I'm 8 months out and still vomit fairly regularly because I am apparently a VERY slow learner!! But yeah - ramble over - see your Dr! | |

| Hi there, sounds like referred pain. Maybe you should go back to the beginning of having protein first, stopping when you start to feel satisfied. Reduce you volume. I am only 4 1/2 months out so not as far as you. Everyone has their own methods and routines in eating. Maybe other people will be able to give you some ideas with their eating routines. Good luck and welcome. | |

| Hey everyone, so a few times over the last couple of months I have eaten mindlessly such as today, and I have been fine until about half an hour to an hour later when i get RIDICULOUSLY BAD back pain in the middle of my back to the point where I cant stand up, aching, feel like i am never going to get through it kind of pain... is this from over eating? I have never vommitted but im just so confused as I dont feel over full and then all of a sudden its awful pain! It is really stressing me out as I cant really guess if it will happen or not as I cant link it straight to being over full? Today i had 4 cruskits,a very bad choice i know but was at work way too busy to stop n eat properly. I can easily eat a larger amount at 7 months out however all i can think of that would cause this is overeating? | |
