Heart moves is a gentle exercise program run by the australian heart foundation
it is a gentle exercise program suitable for everybody regardless of size,age,arthritis etc

If you are anxious about starting some exercise then give this a try!!!

I have been doing a program to prevent the onset of type 2 diabetes which is a fantastic program and we had a free heartmoves session included, today we are off to the supermarket as a group to look at labels/nutrition etc
This course has given the boost to get off my bum and start some exercise and eat better as id slackened off and the kilos are coming off, so im very happy!!
