APRA called!!!

Haven't booked in for surgery yet as I wanted to wait until I got approval otherwise it will take me a bit longer to get funds together.

Hopefully they are all in a good mood. Good luck with your application, hope you get approval also! Have you got a date yet?

I'm really pleased that they approved your app. I have been watching your posts, as I am so scared they won't approve mine. It is due to be assessed on the 16th Feb so only another two days to go.

Congrats again and the days will fly by now.

APRA finally called me today! They asked a few more questions about my application and my financial status. They came to the conclusion from my app that I have $650 residual income a month, I had to give a stat dec saying this isn't so and why I can't pay for it myself. They asked a bit more about that and I said it was because of the new baby and I am now on leave without pay.
She told me to call back around 2 or 3pm today for an answer.
Now, I don't think I told them about my holiday leave on the initial application, and just hope I haven't stuffed up by mentioning it now....
Gosh, I'm so nervous now....!!!!
Fingers crossed! Think today will be a long wait!
