| Make sure you get the right sort of magnesium though...most you buy off the shelf are little better than a poop maker. I use a magnesium oil and it stops cramps beautifully. Rub it in behind my neck each night...simple as. | |

| Have you tried magnesium? Fixed it for my mother. You can get this little naturopathic spray that goes under your tongue called "Cramp Stop" that is basically magnesium, or just take a high dose mag supplement. | |

Hi maria i have it but its been pretty good this year dont know why but thankful cause it can be very painful at times id actually forgotten about it cause its been so long since ive had a problem

| has anyone been diagnosed with this... I have and it is blinkin annoying. Imagine lying in bed and your legs are uncontrollable, they jerk by themselves and also your arms, head, neck, hips doing their own little party in bed while you want to sleep! | |
