Am I Full???

Copied this from my dairy.......I was 8 days post-op:

Today I ate:

On rising: cuppa white tea
Breakfast: 1/2 sachet porridge made with skim milk
9.30 am: 100 mls yoghurt
11.00 am: small cappuccino
Lunch: 1/2 Kate Morgan Shake
AT: other 1/2 of the shake
Dinner: 125 mls Velish Tomato, Spinach and Fetta Soup (put through sieve)
Supper: 125 mls custard and puree apple

As much water as I could get in
2 chewable multivitamins

Every 3 hours? Oops I haven't been doing anything near that. Maybe I;m not having enough. Having my post op appointment tomorrow with my surgeon. See what he says.

At one week post-op I had no idea whether I was full, or what??

I just ate the reckoned amount given to me by my dietician and ate about every 3 hours.

Hey,
I'm 1 week post-op.
I am allowed soups, thin custard and yoghurts and stuff.
Because my stomach is still a little tender and has lots of gassy type movements its hard to tell when I am actually full or even hungry..
Does anyone else feel this way? Its so strange. I don't wanna push my stomach too far so I just stop when I think that should be enough and then I don't know if I've had enough..
