What are people eating 3 weeks after surgery?

Week three: Thick and thin liquids, children foods, no solids.

In my forth week I eat:
Well toasted dark bread
Scrambled eggs
Yogurt
Mashed fish/vegetables
Protein drink
Oat meal porridge
Mushed fruits

However there is not room for very much. 1 egg has to be divided in two meals. The same with 50g fish

It would be nice to be able to buy something there, but I wasn't going to get my hopes up.
I completely intend to stick to my diet as well as I have the optifast so far.

Plus, I will convince my family this is the right choice if I eat sensibly rather than do something stupid and end up in the toilets with my head over the bowl!

mcdonalds do a nice smoothie so if things are still slow for you it will be perfect.

My niece has invited my boys to a McDonalds party for her birthday 20 days after my operation.
It's a long drive so we will have to stay there and I was wondering what I need to take to eat for myself (let's just assume that I won't be indulging in a big mac!).

So, basically, I want to know what other people were/are eating so I can prepare myself mentally for all the questions (it will be the first time I see my family after the surgery).
