| To all Melbourne Ladies & Gentlemen, I had my surgery done by Mr Ian Michell, he is the cheapest, but the very very best. He is incredibly patient, does not rush you, very caring and I can not recommend him enough. His out of pocket expenses are $4000. Previously he was a liver transplant specialist.
I love my sleeve and have sent other girlfriends along to have surgery by him and we have all had fantastic results.
In hospital he was incredibly attentive, he visited me every morning like clock work.

| Hi everyone,
My surgeon is Mr Ahmad Aly from Darebin Weight Loss Surgery. He operates at Warringal Private in Heidelberg. I don't have surgery til May however he and his team have been amazing so far.
I first was first referred to Harry Frydenberg and really didn't enjoy that experience at all... so i'm very glad I asked to be re-referred. So important to feel comfy with things!

| I just got prices for Mr Ian Michell and Harry Frydenberg....
$4000 for Ian and $7000 for Harry... I wonder why they charge such a huge difference. I am thinking just go with Ian seeing everyone here says he is so good!

| Hi, My surgeon is Mr Ian Michell, who works at the Epworth and Heidelberg. He is brilliant, and a really lovely guy as well, I went to him after being banded (twice) by another surgeon and having nothing but complications and absolute hell for six years, so I was desperate. He sleeved me in November last year and my weight is coming off nicely and best of all my health has improved greatly (no longer diabetic, or have high blood pressure or high cholesterol). His follow up care is also great (I see him every 2 months now but he is just a phone call away if I have problems), he also has good support Drs working with him (respiratory specialist, dietician and psycholigist) I also believe that he is cheaper than alot of other surgeons (from what I have read) and he back dated the fees to when I first saw him 18 mths before I had surgery, as I had to wait for Health insurance to kick in and get my band removed 3 months before sleeve surgery. I highly recommend Mr Ian Michell, he is just wonderful.
