Hi everyone. I have a couple of questions that I am hoping you guys will be able to answer.
When the Dr fills in the early release of superannuation form, does the he tick life threatening illness box? Mr Dr hasn't done one of these before so I need to help him with it.
Does the specialist also have to fill a form or will a letter of support be enough? My specialist said they never fill in the forms, but I want to make sure I have everything right so I give myself the best chance at being approved.
