Hi there I am the same, 2 weeks post op now and ever since the operation i need to remind myself to pee.  I never feel the need anymore.

Not too much information.
But since your still on a liquid diet you will probably use your bowel less at the start.  But if you havn't been at all you could be constapated. Have you tried anything from the chemist?  ie Movicol? if you havn't been by now, you might need to talk to your surgeon.
re the peeing, how much water are you drinking?

Has anyone else found the need to pee completely gone. I no longer feel the urge to pee so I have to remind myself. When I do go it's never as much as I thought would come out and it takes a while to get started. It's like I've lost the location of my bladder. Hope this isn't TMI but it's been bugging me. Also I haven't used my bowels in 6 days since the op. Apparently from that though everything else has been going pretty smoothly! Any info or stories would be awesome!
