Hope the second week went as well... and hope ur recovering well from yout op today. My date is January next year , and have "practicing" with shakes seeing how many days I can do it for.. usually about 3 before I crazy for "real food". | |

|  I was absolutely dreading it, I have never had a milkshake in my life and never wanted one lol. So Optifast seemed a dreadful ask ...... however I have been pleasantly surprised..... honestly its not that bad! After 5 days I got 'into the groove', no kidding 😂 ....... and just 1 more week to go ........ surgery on 1st Now vember 2016 | |
