| oh wow, buy one get one free that is an amazing special! Where was it?
I looked up 10 websites and compared prices and struggled to find anything under $35 for box.
I stocked up on shakes, bars and soups Optifast. I hope soups with veggies will be a warm meal that will save me from suffering:)
I also analyzed Optislim shakes - they are cheaper than Optifast but they have roughly half amount of vitamins and minerals compared to Optifast so I will stick to Optifast to make sure I get complete nutrition.

| Hi lala
optifast caramel: 870kj per serving = 207 cal
chock, vanilla, strawberry, coffee, banana shakes have the same amount of kj/cal
the difference between caramel and all others is amount of sodium, vit B6, chromium, molybdenum, selenium and chloride
I am planning to do 2 weeks trial of Opti in July and then my mandatory 3 weeks before op in August, not motivated yet, so cold at the evenings...

| hey all, so i am literally on the 2 week home stretch of having my sleeve, its so close yet so far!! yesterday 6 JUNE i began my Optifast pre op diet and so far going pretty good and resisting temptation, i am considerate its only day 2 but im staying motivated ahaha My daily meals consist of the following: 3 x optifast shakes 2 x servings of veggies (1 cup ea) 1 x serving of fruit 8-10 cups of water i just have a question that i can't find a definite answer to... which is how many calories is there in the optifast shakes (e.g chocolate, coffee and vanilla) i am using calorie king app to keep track of my meals and there are various different amounts on there and i just want to know which one is the right one. also can anyone suggest any meals i can add apart from steamed veggies for lunch and dinner. thanks ------------------------------------------------------ First Pre Op Appointment: 102.8kg (Nov 2015) Second Pre Op Appointment: 108.4kg (April 2016) Third Pre Op Appointment: 104.2kg (May 2016) | |
