If you have a big pool of cash laying around they will decline it, if your specialist has ticked the life threatening box on the form they completed just show it to your doctor and encourage them to also tick that box. Make sure they write down any other issues that make the obesity worse such as depression, insulin resistant etc Just sent mine off today! | |
