Trying to find a surgeon who does it through early release super?

I have a friend who wants to use her super to pay for a sleeve. She is having trouble finding someone in Melbourne who does it, all the ones who she has contacted have said no-one will do it without her having private health insurance :(


My surgeon who did mine (fully paid by super) no longer does it through super :(


Do anyone know of any in Melbourne or how we might find one without having to cold call them all?
