| I don't personally have one, but I have been getting on the one at my work gym, only for 5 mins. Get on after I have done my cardio stuff. It is supposed to be good for circulation etc, which I have always had a problem with. Not sure what good it does, but it feels great and seems to loosen my joints and muscles after the cardio stuff. | |

| HI I have one of these machines and love it without it i wouldnt be able to walk. When i put in the full effort i do lose wieght and it isgreat as there is no impact. My 38yr old hubby has been told he has a back of a 76yr old and uses it everyday. He now only visits the chiro every 3 weeks. My 12yr old daughter uses after big sports day if she pulls up sore. Even our cats sits and shake. Love my machine it travels with me at times.

| Oh, I love these! My brother has one and I got on it when I went to his place. My whole body buzzed! LOL Such a weird sensation. How good it is for you, though, and if it helps you lose weight or tone up, I have no idea. Good fun, though! Chris | |

| Hi Everyone
Just curious to know if anyone has tried (or even has) one of those Vibration Fitness machines like they have advertised on TV and in shopping centres? | |
