| Hi Pebbles
I went with Prof Nottle, i just had mine done. He was $4,000 gap and $1,500 for anesthetist. Both you can claim back on medicare and get some back.
He has rooms around Melbourne and he did the surgery at The Avenue in Windsor.
So when you're looking at surgeons and private health insurance you just have to make sure your private health insurance covers the hospital you will be going with.

| Hi pebbles!!
Welcome!!
You could check out the surgeons page for surgeons in Melbourne.
Otherwise I'll let you know that I went with Adam skidmore at Victorian obesity surgery centre (www.vosc.com.au) he is located in Heidelberg. He's treated me so well and he sleeved my best friend. My gap was $4000 and anaesthetist was $500. And my surgery will be at warringal private. :) Oh and I had phi to cover my hospital.
Any questions just ask!!
