Hi Lozz,

Try not to panic, it is what it is, and he may be happy with your loss or he may not. Just remember to stick well to the opti, and that the decisions he makes are all made with your best interests in mind. Best of luck, let us know how you go.

I have my last weigh in on the 13th May and surgery the next day.....my Dr (Dr Wong on the Central Coast) told me I had to lose 5-7kg before the surgery or he would reschedule. I had been on holiday a couple of weeks before I had to start optifast and then had a few "food funerals" so put on about 3kg 😞
I have lost 5kg now on the optifast pre op but I am so scared the Dr will not see it as that much, I will be so embarrassed if I have to tell everyone that my surgery has been put off.
