I don't think your cover should have changed unless they informed you I believe prices just went up that's all

Medicare item number is 31575

As the time gets closer I'm starting to worry something will go wrong with my cover, I'm wondering if I can email my PHI and ask them to verify that I am covered, I heard some things were changing on April 1st and I don't know if that applies to me or not, have the codes changed? what is the correct procedure name and codes so I can check with my insurance that I am correctly covered ?
