This is a very interesting program.
I know for me, low carb works very very well. Carbs make me sluggish, and the fat goes straight to the belly.
I have been sleeved only 8 days now (after a failed band), and I am looking forward to getting back on the low carb once I am back on a solid diet.
My surgeon is very paleo oriented (he's a triathlete as well). While I probably won't go to that extreme, I can see that I will definitely be favouring the Protein Fat and then carb stye of eating...
