Hi just had my band out after 12 years I couldn't keep food down. Now waiting till three months is up so I can have a gastric sleeve. I'm bruised from sternum too belly button lovely purple and yellows. Originally started At 117 kilos band kept me about 96. I'm hoping to get into my 70's. Im not sorry for having my band and I had to remember that you can't band your brain. But I feel that it's time to take the next step. I have two friends who after speaking to me and us discussing the options they already have their sleeves and doing very well me next!!
