Thanks Lizzy. I'm considering not doing it. After all, I didn't have this surgery to end up on meal replacement shakes. Just frustrated with my plateau. I'm hovering at 105kg, and desperately want to get under that 100kg mark. Might try a few other options (more water & protein) and see how that goes. Might even do opti as a last resort.

I haven't heard of it before, but after googling it, and seeing that it is one of those fabulous Multi Level Marketing deals.. my thoughts would be.. get some sneakers on and run away.

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has tried Isagenix post sleeve? I've been considering tying it just to jump over my plateau. Any thoughts?
