| If your sleeve it too tight they can stretch it slightly. I can't remember what the proceedure is called... sorry But I don't think you can do it at 3 weeks, I think you need to heal a little more before they would attempt to do that.
Also, have a look at this thread: http://www.gastricsleevesupport.com/t15819-insessant-nausea-at-6mo-post-op#330762
Something there might help...

| I was sleeved on the 15 April. As soon as I moved on to puree (this last weekend) it feels like everything is sitting in the back of my throat and I feel nauseous. I spewed on Monday so I rang the Surgeons office on Tuesday and she said to move back to clear liquids which I did
I rang the surgeons office in tears today - I am so nauseated and can't take it anymore. I can't even drink water without feeling like I am going to spew now. I am feeling so weak and even getting dressed takes it out of me. I was at work today in a meeting and my boss looked at me and said "You look terrible go home".
The receptionist said "Oh it sounds like your sleeve could be too tight, I will get the surgeon to ring you back!" Waited all day and of course no call.
What happens if your sleeve is too tight? What can they do about it?
I had a clear broth for dinner and feel a bit better but I think it is far from over :( I feel so dehydrated but too scared to drink water in fear of throwing up.
I also started sucking tic tacs and I feel like the swallowing action is keeping things down but I can't live on tic tacs.

| I had gastro two weeks ago (4 weeks post surgery), I am still horribly nauseous 2 weeks later. I don't seem to be able to drink plain water as it makes me feel ill. I am hoping that this will pass. | |

| I had a lot of nausea the first couple of months, especially first thing in the morning. It does pass. I found lemonade iceblocks made me feel better. | |

| If it's every morning, I'd definitely recommend giving your surgeon a call just to be sure. I only get that feeling occasionally, if I've eaten something that doesn't agree with my stomach. | |
