CUT AND PASTE FROM A PREVIOUS ANSWER BY TRACEY379

I was advised to have 50-60 grams of protein per day, this is important for muscles, hair and keeps u full for longer. Must eat protein first its the most important from what you have listed doesn't sound like your having enough protein. Could reduce things like bread, salad/veg and increase meat cheese yogurt and bake beans. 50g rump has about 11g protein, 200g yogurt has about 7g protein, 100g chicken breast has about 32g protein. Good luck
