Hi Everyone,

A friend recently told me about this site and I am so glad I have found it! I have spent the last hour reading through many of your inspirational stories.

I am a 37 year old mother of two. I am four weeks post op and have had ups and downs. 

I have been obese for most of my life and yo yo dieted 35 kilos away a few times only to put it all back on plus more. I am an emotional eater and have used food as my best friend for many years.

I am glad I have found this forum and all the wonderful inspirational people who post here!
