After a nightmare wait in the public system which included three cancellations (two the day before) and then being told by the hospital they are no longer doing weight loss procedures there, I've decided to self fund by dipping into my super, rather than wait another twelve months.
I have some Qs for those who self funded, or those who knew the total cost of their surgeries.
Who was you doctor?
Which hospital?
Total cost?
Process from applying for super to being approved?
