Skinny jeans is a metaphor he uses for losing weight!

I would highly recommend this book for presleevers (and post sleevers or any other weightloss surgery patients).It is not a 'diet'. It is a factual book/support resource for weightloss patients, pre or postop.

The book covers all issues post op -such as planning meals,effects of unplanned snacking,emotional eating,surgery as a tool,inner self issues,calories,cravings,different surgeries and pictures and much more.

It is very insighful and is specifically written for weightloss surgery patients (sleeve,band,bypass) .
