| Oh thats good news. I did do a resynchronization about a week and a half ago, maybe it helped after all. Or maybe the error message just went on holiday. Either way, no error message is a good message! I will let it be for now and see if anyone else has one come up. Thanks for letting me know! Hayley | |

| It's funny you bought this up, I was just thinking about it earlier. I haven't had the error for probably a week or so! It just seems to have stopped on its own. | |

| Hi everyone, I have had quite a few responses from the help forum, however 'help' has not really been the operative word. Most of the replies were, 'tell them all to switch to firefox', but the latest reply has been; - Quote :
- 'If they are on satelite or dial up connection those two do not like forumotion servers'.
So anyone having trouble that is on dial up, or satelite connections?? Hayley

| You know what's weird? If I type www.gastricsleevesupport.com into my phone is comes up with the HTTP 500 Internal Server Error, but if I google it and go through the link it works fine. I have no idea why. | |

| Just to give an update. I have requested help with this, but none so far. The people at forumotion will help soon, but for now, can you all just keep reporting if this is still happening? Thanks for your patience with this problem, I know it has been going on for a while. Hayley | |

I have been a member of the site for 18 months, only use internet explorer and have never had a problem until this month. I have deleted all my browsing history and cookies, and that didn't work. Oh well, there is always the refresh button.......LOL!! Thanks for this info, I am working to fix this, I am sorry it is taking a while to sort out! Is it possible you could try firefox out for a day or two to see if the same problem happens? I know this is a big ask, it can take a bit to get used to it, but you can of course change back any time. I just wonder if this is only happening to people using Internet Explorer.... Hayley

| I don't quite understand - if the issue is with IE then why are we all just now experiencing this problem? I've been visiting for around a year and never had it previously. Sorry I can't help you, I don't want to switch! | |

| Just want to give an update on this problem some have been having. I am still waiting for some more opinions, but the main one is that it will be because people are using Internet Explorer. If you use Firefox, there is much less chance of issues, because of the sites original design. So, like I say, I will be waiting for further responses from the big forum, sometimes getting an answer from them is slow going, but they do help. Is anyone game enough to try Firefox out for a day or so, to test if you are still getting the error on page? I was hesitant at first to switch but since I have, I have never looked back. I would really like to test if it is because Internet Explorer is behind the times, in comparison to firefox- or even google chrome. Hayley | |

| Hi Fraggle, You should be able to access it from your phone. If you come to the site, the screen may look different than usual, you need to go to the bottom of the page and click on 'Classic View', which will show the page as it does here online. | |

| I haven't had any problems using Firefox. It's always been great. I just wish there was a mobile version of this site so I could access it from my phone. | |

| SmileyKylie, (love that handle!) Are you using IE? The reason I ask is because the people who created the forums, designed them to work in with Firefox, so it will always have less problems with firefox. I wonder if anyone is using firefox to view the forum and having problems? Or maybe google chrome? Maybe I should make a little poll... to see who is using what browser. Should I say firefox again? lol. | |

| I've been getting this message a lot too. Its really annoying, you can't browse through the gallery of pictures or different topics or it kicks you out or just takes you back to the main page.

Just to add, can you tell me what browsers you are using? IE, FireFox etc... Also, is it happening on particular pages? Thanks I use IE. Seems to happen at random. Last night it only happened once and I only had to go back to the previous page and it didin't do it again. Other times I seem to have a hell of a lot of trouble so I leave the site and come back later.
