When can we have Alcohol??

I left it a few months and then only had one or two occasionally - mainly because I was worried I'd get addled and then go and eat too much and damage my sleeve. I do find I get affected by it much much more easily these days - hubby calls me a cheap date :) lots of unnecessary cals stops me overindulging, also becoming too dehydrated - I already struggle with my fluids and every alcoholic drink needs 2 non-alcoholic drinks to keep up with hydration.

I was a couple-of-bottles-of-wine-a-weekend girl before so this is a big shift for me, but very welcome.

I didnt even try to drink alcohol until probably 3-4 months after surgery.
