- Hi b
Your surgeon will normally give you the go ahead around 4-6 weeks post op if everything goes to plan. Normally only gentle walking for the first month.
Wishing you all the best on this journey That's what I'm hoping for! I have a coach who I see one on one so I'll have to find out if I can keep that up but reduce to light exercise. | |

| Hi everyone,
This is my first post! I have an appointment for next week to see Dr Caska about having the Sleeve done and I am 99% sure I'll be going ahead with it (providing I am a suitable candidate!)
I'm trying to find some information on what sort of exercise can be done post-op. I have been doing CrossFit since mid last year and LOVE it! It's pretty full on and so I imagine I won't be getting back into it to begin with but can anyone give me an idea on how long before I will be able to?
Cheers, b :) | |
